All prices include facilitation, materials, and travel. There are no additional charges.

When you cancel	Refund
30+ days before the scheduled date	Full refund
Between 30 and 7 days before	50% refund
Fewer than 7 days before	No refund — but rescheduling is available

When you reschedule	Fee
14+ days before the scheduled date	No fee
Within 14 days of the scheduled date	30% fee

If dates cannot be agreed. If, after purchase, we are unable to agree on mutually workable dates, you receive a full refund.

If we cancel. If we cancel or must reschedule a workshop, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.

• Before the first session: full refund.
• After sessions have begun: pro-rated refund for unused sessions.
• No-shows, or cancellations within 6 hours of a scheduled session: that session is charged in full.
