What it is

A hands-on remote session covering the essentials: what the field contains, its key frameworks, and how to apply them. We work with everyday examples so the concepts stay concrete. Participants leave with a systems thinking language they can use on anything from a daily decision to a complex work challenge.

How it differs from the "High Performance in High Complexity" workshop

The Primer builds the language and the lens. It doesn't apply them to a live business case — that's the two-day Teams workshop. Think of this as the foundation: essential, practical, a natural first step.
