What it is

An immersive, in-person workshop where your team learns to think systemically together — and applies it, live, to a real situation they're currently facing. Rather than teaching systems thinking in the abstract, we use your team's actual challenge as the working material. Participants leave with a shared language, a visual map of the situation, and — most importantly — the ability to run the process again on their own.

Who it's for

Intact teams and their leaders working through complexity: recurring problems that keep coming back, misalignment that's hard to name, or change that isn't landing. Best suited to teams of 6–12 who work together regularly.

Format

Two full days, in person
Two pre-work sessions with the team leader, to gather context and tailor the two days to what the team actually needs
Two 2-hour follow-up sessions after the workshop, to answer questions and support application
