Hi. I'm Carlos Pompa.

I work with teams and leaders through a systems lens.

Fifteen years in learning, development, and performance — designing learning experiences, leading L&D work across industries. Nearly twenty years studying and practicing systems thinking. The two converged into the work I do now: helping teams and leaders see what they're inside of, and where to act.
